Tamera’s fitness journey began in her youth through sports, expanded into long-distance running—where she completed ten Kentucky Derby Mini-Marathons and numerous Triple Crown Races—and evolved into strength training and competitive bodybuilding. In 2022, she proudly medaled in multiple categories during her first competition, setting the tone for future success. Motivated by her own transformation, Tamera launched her businesses in 2023, leads group fitness classes, and serves as Health and Fitness Coordinator for the nonprofit 300 for 300 Girls. Whether at the YMCA, Jewish Community Center, or community events, her heartbeat remains the same: helping others embrace fitness as a lifestyle.
Teresa’s philosophy centers on the belief that movement is the key to living fully and effectively. Certified by the National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM) since 2011, she also holds specializations as a Corrective Exercise Specialist, Senior Fitness Specialist, and Sports Performance Specialist. Her coaching career is equally remarkable: she has guided athletes to the National Junior Olympics (USATF and AAU), Adidas Indoor Nationals, New Balance Nationals, Kentucky State Championships, and even coached three All-Americans. With a vision to develop a Throws Academy, Teresa is committed to creating opportunities for young athletes to pursue post-secondary financial assistance while instilling a growth-focused mindset for lifelong success.
Together, Tamera and Teresa embody the transformative power of health and fitness. Their mission is not only to train stronger bodies but also to inspire stronger minds and communities—one client, one class, and one movement at a time.
